Dave's Diesel was formed in 1982. By Dave and Treenea Smith in Muncie, Indiana. Mostly working on rebuilding pumps and injectors. By the early 1990's Dave and Treenea's children were out of school and helping with the family business. As the business started to grow we decided to start turning some wrenches in the shop as well. Thats when The Drive In Service was offered. The shop was growing more and more, so in 2000 we bought a Diesel shop in Angola, Indiana. Rick Smith and family came to Angola to manage the new shop. Lora Bennett and family stayed to manage the Muncie Dave's Diesel. At that time Power and Performance products became popular.
